On Earth day, Saturday April 27, Manhattan Beach will celebrate our beautiful earth. Volunteers and Organizations Improving the Community’s Enviroment (VOICE), alongside Sustanible Manahattan Beach and Parks Make Life Better present a concert and celebration that will take place in Polliwog park and be fun for the entire community. The event will commence at 11 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. The event will feature eco-friendly shopping, gourmet vegetarian food trucks, live music and dancing, alternative fuel vehicles and even eco-waste and paper shredding. Below is a brief schedule of the events as outlined on the VOICE website:

- 11:30 – Yoga in the Park by YogaWorks bring a blanket or mat

- 1pm – Environmental Hero Awards and MB Green Business Awards
- 1:30 – 4PM live Music – Pretzel Logic Steely Dan Tribute Band
- 2:30PM – Dolphin Call Calling Contest finalist

- 12:30 Sharing the road bikes and cars – SBBC
