My business partners, Dave and Carol, have a development company called Estates Construction & Development, LLC.
1605 Harkness Avenue in Manhattan Beach is the latest property to undergo a a renovation. This is their 154th renovation project! Watch this video to get a sneak peek at what improvements have been made to this 3 bedroom, (now) 2 bathroom home in the Liberty Village section of Manhattan Beach.
My favorite part about these projects is that Dave and Carol are truly rejuvenating the neighborhood. It’s refreshing to see a home get remodeled instead of bulldozed. If you ask me, I think the work they do could easily be featured on TLC’s “Flip That House!”
